The affected product may present a safety risk if it is used as originally supplied. Consumers should immediately stop using the affected product and keep it away from children.

What Consumers Should Do
- Stop using the product immediately.
Remove the affected product from use and keep it away from children. - Find your order and product information.
Locate your order number, tracking number, model/SKU, and batch/date code if available. - Take the required photos.
Upload a clear product photo and a clear label or batch code photo showing all string tentacles were cut and discard, write “DESTROYED” and date for replacement on the off-white main body of the toy using a permanent marker. - Submit the recall registration form.
Click the Google Forms link below, complete the registration form, and submit your information online. After submission, you will see a confirmation message in Google Forms.
